General Terms & Conditions of Use
By accessing or using the wc22 platform, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between wc22 and the user.
Wc22 is an online betting and gaming platform designed for users in Bangladesh. Before using the platform, you must ensure that you are complying with the laws applicable in your area and that you are legally eligible to use wc22.
These terms and conditions apply to all users — new or existing, casual bettors or High Rollers. wc22 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, but registered members will be notified in advance of any changes.
These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.
Section 2
Account Registration & Eligibility
To create an account on wc22, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Each person may only register one account — multiple accounts are not permitted.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
- Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to wc22 immediately.
Important: Accounts created with false information will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited. wc22 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.
Once registration is complete, a confirmation message will be sent to your mobile number or email. Completing this verification is mandatory before your account can be activated.
Section 3
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
Deposit
You can deposit on wc22 using local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, and the maximum depends on your account tier. Deposits are typically credited instantly.
Withdrawal
Your KYC verification must be complete before you can submit a withdrawal request. Standard members' withdrawals are processed within 24 hours; VIP and High Roller members are processed within 15 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
Transaction Rules
Wc22 does not charge any transaction fees — however, your payment service provider may. Deposited funds may only be used for betting activity. Deposits and withdrawals to or from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
⚠️ Warning: If a transaction appears suspicious or there are concerns about money laundering, wc22 reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal and conduct an investigation. The relevant authorities may be notified in such cases.
Section 4
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Wc22 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms that must be followed. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.
- Welcome Bonus: A bonus is awarded to new members on their first deposit. To cash out this bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
- Reload Bonus: Reload bonuses are available on weekly or monthly deposits. Each reload bonus has a set validity period.
- Referral Bonus: When you refer a friend, both parties receive a bonus. The bonus activates once the referred friend makes their first deposit.
- Loyalty Points: Points are earned on every bet placed and can later be converted into bonuses.
- Bonus Cancellation: wc22 reserves the right to void any bonus in cases of terms violations or fraudulent activity.
Please Note: Each bonus offer can only be claimed once per person, household, or IP address. Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times will be treated as fraud by wc22.
Section 5
Betting Rules & Wagering Terms
The following rules apply when betting on wc22 and cover all betting markets — including cricket, football, lottery, and other sports.
Bet Types & Limits
Each event has set minimum and maximum bet limits, which may vary by event. wc22 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time, particularly when unusual betting patterns are detected.
Result Determination
Event results are determined based on announcements from internationally recognized sports governing bodies. If an event is cancelled or remains unresolved, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. wc22's decisions on results are final.
Live Betting
Odds can change rapidly during live betting. wc22 may update odds at any point before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted, the odds at the time of placement will apply.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, wc22 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
- A user may not place bets on both sides of the same match.
- Any bets linked to match-fixing will be automatically voided.
Section 6
Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct
Wc22 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe betting environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited on wc22:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Strategically placing bets to exploit bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
- Using another person's account or sharing your own account with someone else.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
- Using wc22 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
- Harassing or defrauding other wc22 members.
- Registering using a false identity.
⚠️ Consequences: Any involvement in the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate permanent account closure, possible forfeiture of your balance, and legal action where necessary.
Section 7
Account Closure & Suspension Policy
Wc22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under certain circumstances. This is typically done for the following reasons:
- If evidence of a terms violation is found.
- Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
- Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
- If the user requests self-exclusion.
- When required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal policy. Account closure requests must be submitted through the support team.

Privacy & Personal Data Protection
Wc22 takes your personal information seriously. All details provided at registration are used solely for account management, identity verification, and necessary communications.
Wc22 never sells or shares your personal information with third parties. Data may only be disclosed when required by law or directed by a regulatory authority.

Responsible Betting & Player Protection
Wc22 believes betting should be a form of entertainment, and we take care to ensure it stays that way. The following tools and features are available on wc22 to support responsible betting:
- Set deposit limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- Option to take a temporary break (Cooling-Off Period).
- Permanent self-exclusion option available.
- A tool to review your betting history.
- If problematic betting behaviour is identified, wc22 will proactively reach out to the member directly.

Section 10
Changes to Terms & Contact
Wc22 may update these Terms & Conditions in part or in full at any time. For any significant changes, registered users will be notified by email or SMS at least 7 days in advance.
Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
